Blue sea, seaside resort, neighboring Mar de las Pampas and belonging to the Party of Villa Gesell presents a subdivision in grid delineated on a topography of sand dunes. Its dense forestation of pine trees -because elderly - giving it an atmosphere of peaceful, silence and tranquility.
A small lot on the corner of approximately two hundred ten square feet, located eight blocks to the sea is located H3, a house of tread minimum, which was aimed at maximizing the dimensions of the land and its natural environment.
The client: three sisters and their three families.
Although underresourced economic dimensional, had a valuable skill to be able convey your wishes of what they hoped would be H3, your vacation home sharing, your place of rest in the middle of nature.
Raised the requirement of a rigorous footage. The program should cover an area of social stellar and another more private. This second was to be formed by two bedrooms: one main dimensions more generous and one secondary smaller (type cabin). Both would share the bathroom. They wanted the master bedroom to expand to an outdoor space semi-outdoors. Likewise, they expressed the intention to satisfy the desire of a salamander located in the center of the home.
The choice of materiality was a joint agreement. The entirety of the house was built in concrete, which contributed to the economy of maintenance. In order to reduce to a minimum the incorporation of equipment, even the furniture was designed as part of the concrete box.
To conform to the forms we use to the use of tables of pine wood. This decision was based on the claim that both the termination material of the walls as the slabs to keep the texture of the beta of the wood, in search of a dialog harmonious with the bark of pine trees characteristic of the place.
The house is formed as a compact block. The ground floor housed the kitchen, the dining room and the living in a single integrated space, which was also opens up the ladder that leads to the upper floor. Given the scale of the house, views and cross-leaks and visual attempted to unify and improve the indoor space. You tried not to confine to the different uses local closed, but connect them to each other with the purpose of generating a feeling of greater amplitude space. On the top floor -as was requested by programme - were the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The expansion half-covered in the master bedroom was screened shared with the second bedroom. This, in turn, would partially cover the deck of the expansion of the lower floor.
The circulation and the local service is arranged on the lateral boundary of the adjacent plot and sought greater glazing to the rear facade (the more private space of the lot) so that the housing may be opened toward the deck of later expansion, which preserved the existing trees.
Due to the abundance of shade that provides the heavy forest was not necessary for the incorporation of architectural elements to decrease the incidence of the sun in its interior. In fact, the house does not only acristala to connect with the outer space and capture a visual, but also to be able to absorb the filtered light that manages to get through the density of the forest.
It uses eaves and vertical partitions protectors for the shelter of the water and the visual from the streets.
By way of shelter, the volume of the bathroom serves to cover the access of the house.
While the decorative side is present for the most part oclusos, the upper floor presents to the front of the volume, blind for the bathroom and the aventanamiento top of the main bedroom, below which it is available -on the inside - a site saved. Towards the rear facade both bedrooms are aventanan in all its height by connecting openly with the deck expansion joint.
Unlike the upper floor, the ground floor opens cross from the front of access to your opposite side with openings from floor to ceiling. Our intention was to conceive of this plant as a space that can be lived as an indoor environment content by the cover and by the crystals vertical, as well as a space that when you open it could become one, in continuity with the exterior.
Thus, the schema of the house is made up from an architectural synthesis of the intentions and desires of these three sisters. The house, in its minimum scale, stands with the will of presence, as well as a respectful integration with their environment, both natural and built.
